Bupe Intranasal Suboxone film, would this work..

Hey guys, so I am getting tired of SL dosing my Sub strips.. and was thinking of ways to snort it up. I dont like the idea's people have been saying on the net, such as " cut strips in small peices, and just snort away"... that sounds retarded.

So I got to thinking... and, I dont see why this wouldn't work as a perfect was to making your Suboxone Film "snortable".

1. Dissolve desired dose of strip into small amount of water ( shouldn;t need more than ~ 50units. water ).

2. Get a power you want to snort ( I'm thinking of using some diphenhydramine ), place powder into small dish.

3. Poor the dissolved dose of suboxone into dish with powder, let the powder absorb liquid, mix about..

4. snort away your new Suboxone powder mixture


...So I dont see why this wouldn;t work? Any input?

If you want to snort it, just dissolve it in liquid, draw into a syringe, and squirt it up your nose. Pretty simple.

Not to mention snorting Benadryl probably isn't the greatest experience in the world.

I can't stand snorting liquids.. it just doesn't seem to work for me.

That is why I made this post, to make sure I wouldn't be wasting any of my medication by doing it this way, and to ensure that it would work..? Logically, it seem like it should work great, I mean people do this all the time to make Tar Heroin "snortable".

Why snort it?? The bioavailability of strips is the same as snorting a tablet the only things even worth snorting to conserve is the 2mg/0.5 tablets like what I get. Don't start snorting benadryk and Tylenol that's dumb if you must snort follow Mr scagantie's method there's no need to put it in powder liquid is fine to snort in small amounts

Im just curious mostly.. I want to see if the intransal route works/effects me any differently.

I really hate snorting liquids.. so much easier to just drops the little amount of liquid into a little amount of some cut, and boom turned from film to powder.

The liquid method is prolby best, I've never done it, what I did when I got bored and wanted to experiment was cut 2mg for each nostril, made sure all nose hair was gone, made sure both nostrils were really moist with water and put a 2mg piece in each nostril(or whatever your dose is.) But if you are on it for maintaince it's not going to effect you differently than just taking it sublingual..Just recently learned that dissolving desired amount of dose into a small amount of liquid and holding under tounge yields the same bioavialability as snorting...

sorry to bump this, but I wanted to add that since ive started suboxone ( almost 1 week ago ), My eyes are never pinned at all, like they would get when on methadone, or any other opie... Is my tolerance just too high and the Bupe simply not powerfull enough? because even at 16mgs a day i get mad cravings and pupils are normal to even dilated sometimes!

Im just so frustrated about switching to suboxone, and especially since it doesnt hardly do shit for me.. sigh..8)

Suboxone sometimes just doesn't work for ppl like me. To control cravings and w/d symptoms. I'm a methadone advocate to the core...not only do I not crave opioids but I don't have desire for any other drugs at all (except Mu benzos and cannabis)

How much are you injecting Pill Head?? And Ontario Guy I agree with you, Methadone advocate here also. On Suboxone but the only reason is because I would have to drive 90 miles there and 90 miles back then have to drive to work and home which is a 30 minute drive...that's the only reason I didn't go with it. On Suboxone I'm always craving other opiates, tryed to go with the less is more thing and was just craving and craving so I upped it up to the ridiculous 16mg a day again...I have had a couple relapses(well more than 2,lol) and this has caused me to have someone close to to cut me out of their life and go on about my junky day..I use benzo's with it because it seems to help dull the cravings but other people look at it as me trying to get high,well true sometimes. And I do crave weed hella bad but never smoke it anymore due to no connects and don't care enough to go out and look for it...
Anyway sorry to derail the thread, just think Methadone would be a better choice for me because I NEVER used benzo's while on full MU-Agonist, so I don't think I would on Methadone,even though I know the high of the two when mixed,would never do that cuz of the drug test at the clinic. But anyway, Pill Head, large or small amounts, and OP just squirt it up your nose...

I dont inject any subxone, where did you get that from? and im scripted 16mg/day.

Yea whatever floats your boat I suppose lol but snorting random OTC pills was something I did as a kid that didn't know any better. I've snorted enough Tylenol in my day those god dam percs and vicadone

This is why I advise people who are on methadone thinking of switching to sub not to do so because the sub won't make you feel the way methadone did its a partial agonist and methadone is just so strong one of the strongest opiates out there with a unique mechanism in the way it works. I always say if it works for you why try and fix some thing that aint broken who cares what people say about methadone subs bad too either way your on an opiate daily and having to go down to a clinic to get your dose everyday until your trusted so why switch?

I was doing at least an 8 ball a day of 80-90 percent pure China white heroin and 8mg sub was fine I had 12 prescribed but only needed 8 as that's what I was always on in detox since ethey don't let you go any higher in dose once at 8 because everyone's withdrawal severity was lowered to a 2 or 3 on the C.O.W.S withdrawal tracking scale. But if I was taking 100+ mgs of methaonde a day the suboxone wouldn't do shit for me cause of the way methadone works it makes it so much harder to go to sub after being on it. .
You guys are right suboxone doesnth cut all cravings just the physical part not the mental I wouldn't crave any opiates if I was on methadone but I want to put inabut of work not just keep getting blown on methadone passing out all the time I want to try to see what its like to be clean or should I say on NY way to being clean.

Sub did fuck all taking it once a day but now at 3 tines daily and tiny doses I feel so much better I actually don't crave heroin anymore when the first 6 months I did so bad cause of the way I had to take suboxone but once I found what dose works for ME I was all good it doesn't matter what pill head or captain heroin or whoever is taking its all about finding what works for you.

Lol I was helping this newbie and she desperately wanted to be on the same dose as captain heroin was on bupe and how she should lower her dose there and I said Its not about what captain heroin or whoever else is doing its about finding what works for you.

Yeah when I was one Methadone, it worked wonders for me, no cravings atall. It was awesome, but unfortunatlely I was getting the 'done from my PCP, and when I OD'd on it, he immediately cut me off.. so I had to swtich to bupe.. But im very tempted to go back to my methadone DOC and try to convince him to treat me again..

When I was in prison that's how we did it, just cut the strips into small pieces, put it in a spoon with a tiny amount of water, wait for it to dissolve, and snort away.
