i've done blow for a very long time, and have personally found using a dollar bill (i think the hard, sharp edges of straws are more frequently responsible for nose-bleeds than the coke itself) inserted into the nostil and stopping right around the bridge, angled away (i.e., the bottom of the tuter is away from your face) is the best way to snort.
i read a thread a few days ago where someone called someone he knew an 'amateur' for putting the tuter too deeply into the nostril. how exactly is coke absorbed the the nose? which particular area absorbs it most effectively? are there any 'techniques' i should be aware of to optimize my supply?

I think using a dollar bill will put you at somewhat of a risk of getting hep.
i donno, it seems pluasible, never know where that dollar has been - use a straw!

ever had anyone hand you a rolled franklin just dripping with the snot from their sick nose? fuck that. everyone brings their own permarolls or straws or whatever. i don't want to share some mucous with a stranger or a friend. i don't think a friend would even try to pass that slimey shit to you.
