Not for someone without the proper license. Any kind of analog would require the proper DEA papers, especially a phenethylamine. As much as we all love Dr. Shulgin, he sure did open up a whole big can of worms when it comes to this kind of stuff :\
 
People get a little to paranoid about this shit. If you get caught with a bag of white powder on you you will probably be arested until thet figure out it isn't coke or meth or whatever. Analog laws are something the vendors need to be concerned with than end consumers. I've ordered dozens of gray area RC's over the years (and a few outright illegal ones likw 2c-b), and nothing ever happened.
 
better stay away from rcs as far as possible. its easy to underestimate their powers because of their pseudo-legal status...

I agree with this. They will arrest you under suspicion of possesion of a controlled substance.. test it.. end investigation. If you have kilos it would be a different story and there's always the small chance that the policeman doing the investigation will try to get you done for personal amounts of an analogue but i can't see that happening very often if atall.

And how else will they be dosed out?

One CANNOT eyeball doses of RCs we all know this. So this means a scale in on hand as well (or in house, whatever)

Seems about as cut and dry as can be from my end. If not 'goodbye freedom' then for sure 'goodbye drugs and scales'
