My internal jugular vein on both sides of my neck are either collapsed or very, very nearly. External are untouched however, now, when I hold my breath for any extended period of time I get blood rushing to (or staying in) my head. I used the veins for three days before any discernible problems arose. I am not looking for new injection sites nor am I looking for a lecture on how dumb it was to use These veins in the first place. What I want to know is whether or not blood flow will return (due to the high pressure there and what not and/or the creation of new, much smaller veins) or whether or not I should seek prompt medical attention.

Medical attention ASAP. Get off the computer and to the nearest emergency room. Likely call an ambulance. Closed for now. Please post back and let us know once you are okay.
