السلام عليكم
Forgive me, I'm doing this from my Phone on the mobile version of this site which is difficult.

So when it works for me, Ambien is great. I tend to take 10-20mg of my sandoz generic oral zolpidem 10mg tabs to fall asleep, but I still have problems staying asleep, called Middle Of The Night Awakenings. To deal with this, I'll put another zolpidem under my tongue to speed up the latency to onset. (sublingual use of oral zolpidem)

Now it turns out they make zolpidem formulated for sublingual use: Edluar and Intermezzo

I like the looks of intermezzo as it was made for those like me who wake up during the night as your primary sedative wears off. However it is a low dose booster 1.75mg for women 3.5mg for men. These low dose boosts are taken when you wake up in the middle of the night to supplement your existing zolpidem sleeping pill.

Edluar is basically the sublingual version of ambiens oral tablets in the same 5-10mg doses

I really want to find something that works better than my current system
So I could either add in the intermezzo to my Zolpidem when I wake up at night.
Or I could trade out the oral zolpidem tablets for the Edluar sublinguals.

Does anyone have any experience with sublingual forms of zolpidem?
