Interesting effects from Xanax

I experimented fairly hardcore with it back in December, and I got very interesting effects from it. I would take up to 4mg, feel completely sober, but people would later say that I was "out of it", or"fucked up". I look back and realize that I was in fact fucked up, but that i didn't realize it. It was as though I was so fucked up that I didn't know I was. At some point in most of these xanax tests, I would usually black out and end up taking more and more, sometimes waking up 24 hours later, with zero recollection of an entire day. I find Clonazepam to be a much more "aware" high, and I prefer them greatly to Xanax. Does anyone else get similar Xanax effects?

yes this is very normal with benzos. They are subtle drugs. Well Xanax and Valium at least.

Sure this happens to lots of people where you black out with no recollection of events.
It hits you quickly whereas clonazepam takes a while to take effect.

That is some dangerous shit right there! That's how people OD on that stuff. I'd say, if you're prone to do that, please have a close friend near-by to make sure you don't re-dose repeatedly. Let's be safe out there guys!

I could be totally wrong, but I thought that OD'ing on just benzos alone was incredibly hard? Like, even if he blacks out and keeps taking more and more, eventually he'll pass out before he could take enough to OD on.

It is very hard to OD on benzos alone in my experience and from what I have heard from others. If you are going to abuse benzos just don't. You will lose days of your life, do things completely out of your character, and maybe wake up in a jail cell with no way out because you unknowingly killed someone/did something awful and have absolutely no recollection. Be safe abusing benzos is a bad idea.

the amount of benzos in my possession was usually around 20mg of Xanax, so it was basically impossible for me to overdose. The blackouts are scary though, I would lose up to 24 hours of my life, and go from an original dose of 2mg Xanax, to consuming up to 20mg.
