note to all who read this: this is meant as coversation not actual advice, so ease up.
what are the best ways to commit suicide, im sure everyones had this conversation with the friends so why not share it on here.
1. putting an m80 wrapped in pennies in your mouth

Drowning without a doubt.
I drowned when I was 20. After the initial panic for air you pass into an incredibly tranquil state, if somewhat semi-conscious. Warm, floaty, dreamy, complete relaxation, no fear, utter self-forgiveness.
It was several minutes before anyone saw me at the bottom of the pool. I was rescued and resuscitated on the side (my heart had not stopped). Throughout the entire process I was apparently fighting them to get back under the water. I can still remember the overwhelming desire to continue drowning even as I was coughing the water out of my lungs.
I have never felt such bliss as drowning.

ooo Clop that shed's serious light on somthing i was always afriad of drowning....

im positive it has nothing to do with being in water or drowning, its called near death experience, you hear this kinda thing a lot in these instances, people who almoost die in surgury and all kinds of situations report instead of panic and all that, a relaxed, self-loving state where you accept your fate and everything, and you feel at peace. Its very common in situations like this, however i am sure that being consciously deprived of oxygen to your brain would cause your body to visciously fight it until it was totally impossible to fight anymore, however on the flipside you could UN-consciously do it like with drugs, and i think this would be ENTIRELY comfortable, since we have experiences like the preceeding where once you start on your way to death you feel very good and not horrible, the thing to do then is find a method of geting to that point that is very comfortable, and the answer seems to be an overwhelming; OPIATES! , they will make you feel awesome while you are on your way, and they assure comfort and keep you from reacting harshly like you would if conscious.
The body will fight as long as it can to get what it needs, unless your not conscious, believe me you dont want to deprive yourself of oxygen while conscious, nor do you want to bleed to death awake, etc etc, you get the point, make it comfy.

just DONT DIE is the best answer, life can get a lot better for you if you are feeling down, granted there are situations where it wont, but please take a few more looks at whats going on, life is much nicer than death in most cases, and you would probably be sorely missed, just reconsider for a while.
Peace

WHATEVER you do, don't blow your friggin' head off. 90% of all ghosts are from people who died from head injury. Badvibe...
How about Euthenasia?

sorry to go off on a tangent, but this subject got me thinking: what drugs would make it easier to die on? The most obvious answer to that question is of course, opiates. Maybe opiates, apart from dulling the sensation of pain (which is why a lot of people are scared of death), somehow allow yourself to spiritually embrace the concept of death. We go through our whole lives fearing death, maybe because we don't know anything about it...then maybe opiates give our minds some sort of deeper understanding of death???
Woah pretty hard to actually understand that, mayb because im stoned

this is the way id want to die:
Get a coctail seringe filled with pure coke, herroin, ketimine and MDMA...pump that shit into my veins and smoke a few huge fat blunts, smoke some opium and hope to OD....
would that work?

Jumping off a very tall building would be hella cool. One guy who jumped out of a building landed on his feet and his spinal column was compacted, and the pressure blew his brain out of the top of his head. You could also go for some sort of somersault record. Do a little research on difficulty ratings of dives.
Anyway, if you're gonna use drugs, go with barbiturates. It's the most reliable and presumably painless method. At least, most animal shelters and vets seem to think so. Also, Heaven's Gate. Actually most cults. The Hemlock Society recommends it too. (Surprising they don't recommend the Socratic Method, as suggested in their namesake.)

i'd drive my car out to the border of Area 51...load up a rig of fentanyl and oxymorphone while smoking a pack of cigarettes freshly dipped in PCP...then i'd aim my car straight for the front gate, bang my dope, pick up my full automatic weapon from the passenger seat...and just floor the accelerator...hopefully busting thru the gate...guns blazing...with blood and gore spurting out my exit wounds as the military tries to defend their precious secret against a madman fueled by opiates and PCP...

TripDoctor- Your lack of knowledge as to what is going on during death is disheartening. If you are the tripper you claim to be, you would know about the extreme rush of DMT released in the last seconds of life. This is the NDE that everyone talks about.
Clop- take the time to do an extraction or search about for the pure chem, but DMT is your drug of choice.
