interaction between xanax and Salvia

i'm thinking of doing saliva and was wondering if there are any bad interactions between xanax and saliva. i take 3mg of xanax for GAD a day.

I don't think there is any interaction, but I wouldn't think its a good combination. My friend smoked salvia on xanax once and just blacked out for the whole trip, seemed like a waste. He was on 5mg xanax though.

I forgot to add that i take xanax through out the day...5 in the a.m. another .5 in the afternoon .5 in the evening and the rest before bed to sleep. i'm not taking it all at once or will i be taking it before the salvia.
i don't want to blackout.

I'm a long term benzo addict, diazepam, and it has never caused any problems combining the two. I haven't seen any reports of negative interactions between Salvia and benzodiazepines either. If anything, it will just mean an increase in the amnesic effect (a lowering of the amnesic threshold).
