Intense rectal/abdominal pain (plugging?)

Hello, everybody. Relatively new Bluelighter here. Please excuse my use of bold text - it would appear that my computer won't let me type in this box normally. (shrugs)

Anyhow, on to the question. I have searched for this topic in advance to no avail.
Recently, I've been forced to discontinue my ms-contin plugging escapades. I had a hell of a year and a half plugging 60mg morphine nearly every day in that time period.
But things come and go and so do hookups - and now I find myself left with a debacle..
Every day - at random, I get this AWFUL cramp-like pressure, either in my lower abdomen or inside of my rectum, (the latter seems like it could even be in the prostate, if not the upper rectum.)
I'm not sure if a year of plugging could have somehow fucked me up down there? It's worth mentioning that I've got a predisposition to Chrome's and other stomach issues...

I wouldn't even be asking if it weren't for the severity and the regularity of these pains. it almost feels like there's a solid balloon being inflated deep within my ass (this is the best way that i know how to put it) and the same goes for the abdominal pain - it is crippling, renders me unable to move while it persists.. it usually only goes on for a minute or two - but it would seem that, after the first time that it happens in a day - it's more likely to happen again somewhat soon.

I was just wondering if anyone knew any correlation between this pain and rectal administration of these drugs.. I suppose that a year of shoving foreign substances into my body couldn't help - but these recent issues have been making me think.

yeh i have heard that plugging every day for a long while can upset the delicate balance in your gut, causing some problems. i am not surprised that you are having pains after that long of plugging every day.

have you talked to a doctor? this is a shot in the dark but maybe a probiotic could help (fermented foods).

The mucus membranes within our anal cavity as just as sensitive if not more than it's twin in our nostrils. You know when someone insufflates some cocaine or whatever people stick in there nowadays and it eventually causes a hole to develop in your septum? Well it's not technically eroding any gapping hole between two passages (thankfully we only have one rectum), but it will eventually lead to deteriorating on some level.

Possible scar tissue development? A form of benign prostate calcification? Either way go to a doctor because anything involving a cavity with our body and something as priceless as our G.I tract etc. doesn't need to be hesitated upon.

What would your Doctor say's about that? Did you ask advice from your Doctor? It sucks when your prostate harms.

A thought....are you just constipated? Could very well be a fecal impaction brought on by opiate addiction plugging or no plugging IMHO. Anyway dude, I'd get myself to the clinic.

I had no idea what constipation could be like the first time it happened, I thought I just had pulled a muscle bad enough to send my stoic and miserly ass to the doc for the first time in years.
