Bupe Intense muscle pain in arms a day after IV bupe

I iv'd a few times in both arms last night with bupe and didn't miss or anything and it was all good and dandy and I nodded off to sleep. When I woke up I had UNBEARABLE pain in the muscles in my arms. what the fuck went wrong? has this happened to anyone before? no swollen no nothing. just really bad muscle pain. it's actually quite bizarre.
