i took 90 mg codeine, 1500 mg paracetamol and like a liter of grape juice and now i have pulsing pain in the back of my brain i smoked a cone and pretty much instantly got twice as worse hurts when i turn my head wtf is going on?

Some people will get headaches of varrying severity while taking opiates, which seems odd because opiates are meant to relieve pain. Odd as it may be, its very common. Rebound headaches also occure, however this is after the effects have worn off.

As to why, I'm not entirely sure. Ive read that opiates particularly morphine may increase cranial pressure causing headaches.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Numerous times I have gotten a headache after taking a good amount of any given opiate.

Good :) relaxing is what you gotta do
Shouldn't worry, headaches are a very common side effect.

Some people report caffeine works to relieve their headaches they get while on codeine. Worth a shot.

I get headaches once in awhile after taking hydrocodone. I also get extremely nauseas at times. Don't let it worry you too much...just relax and lay down for a bit. Maybe put a cold towel on your head as well, that usually helps me :) hope you feel better soon!

The Nausea with hydrocodone can come on fast and intense -_-
Its always a shame when that happens. Usually can be avoided by taking it with food.
