Insufflation harm reduction

Hello,

I'm using MPA (Methiopropamine) by nasal administration and of course it has a bad effect on nasal mucosa (irritation, dryness, bleeding).
Do you know any tips to prevent my nasal mucosa from being too much damaged? What to do before and after the administration?

Thank you

Best thing to do is to clean your nose out with a saline solution when you are done. Sounds silly but it'll just wash away any remaining nasty things. Most damage will be done when snorting though and as it goes through into the blood stream.

Thanks for the advice. I cleaned my nose with saline everytime I insufflated. I did MPA for two days in a row, now I a pause from taking it. I bought a spray which contains saline and dexpanthenol and a bottle sweet almond oil to repair the nasal mucosa. The only other thing I can think of for harm reduction is not insufflating it.

When you are snorting using a straw, is it more effective to orientate the straw directly towards the mucous membrane ? Or does it get also absorbed when it drips in your throat ?
