Insufflating Xanax, clogged nose?

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I had a question about a recent episode of sniffing xanax. I am not sure if this is the right forum but am giving it a go!
I am well aware of the debate surrounding sniffing benzos, personally I have only snorted coke, benzos, and oxycodone around less than 15 times in total. Only three or four of those times did I snort xanax, once being a year ago and the last two/three times being the small blue 1mg pills. I am very new to snorting and experimenting mostly on my own. I can honestly say that for me, I don't think xanax is going anywhere near my damn nose again. This brings me to my question: a few days ago I snorted 2mg of xanax (not at the same time). The next morning I wake up and my right nostril is somewhat clogged. I mostly snort through this nostril because of a slightly deviated septum on the left side. My nose has been a mix of stuffy and runny, is this probably caused by the fillers in the xanax? I'm thinking I have some shit up there that is clogging my nasal passage. I have read about the neti pot and am thinking of investing in one of those ASAP. It's not a terrible clog but it is enough to annoy me, am I safe to assume it's the fillers from the xan's that have my nose clogged/runny? I have searched the web and this site for info about sniffing xan and clogged noses, to not much avail. I also don't know if this is something that usually happens with a bit of sniffing or if it's just fillers, possibly both?


I think it's probably safe to say my nose isn't permanently damaged from less than 15 times of insufflation, so any recommendations on how to clear out my nose? Neti pot users have any advice? I'm not snorting that shit again and am a bit on the fence about snorting the oxys as well, oral administration will be used in the future. Thanks all!
 
didnt read but dont do that, snort benzos that is. complete waste
 
If it's been a few days, your sinuses are probably irritated. When you blow your nose is the stuff coming out? I use Afrin Sinus, not the generic brand and it works for me. But a neti pot would be good too if you're a frequent snorter.
 
snorting Bezos is a HUGE waste my friend. youll get twice as high by taking it orally or sublingualy.
 
your nose is clogged because xanax is not water soluble... meaning it cannot absorb through the mucus membranes of your nose... when u snort it, it just stays there because it can't dissolve - it can't go anywhere else

don't snort xanax or any benzos (except midazolam i think is water soluble), it is a complete waste... any effects u may have felt were completely placebo because all benzos except versed are not water soluble...
 
blow ur nose a lot, maybe try squirting some saline water... i swim a lot so that helps a lot actually...
 
neti pot is badass to clear out your nose
snorting benzos is a complete waste of a pill sub or oral is always the best
