insufflated oxymorphone vs oxycodone

ROA would be insufflation

what would be a rough equivalence of oxycodone compared to 10mg oxymorphone
 
Difficult to say, but 10mg Oxymorphone IV = 200mg oral oxycodone.

I don't know how much use to you that figure is. 1mg IV oxymorphone = 20mg oral oxycodone.
 
True...i was trying to see of my tolerance has dropped at all. Been about 2.5 weeks since i touched an opiate then the other night i came across a 40mg opana. 10mg insufflated put me in a very sedated state for the night.
