Difficult to say, but 10mg Oxymorphone IV = 200mg oral oxycodone.

I don't know how much use to you that figure is. 1mg IV oxymorphone = 20mg oral oxycodone.

That is correct. 1mg Oxymorphone (IV) = 20mg Oxycodone (oral)

From personal experience I'd say 1mg is more equivalent to 15mg oxy

True...i was trying to see of my tolerance has dropped at all. Been about 2.5 weeks since i touched an opiate then the other night i came across a 40mg opana. 10mg insufflated put me in a very sedated state for the night.
