So I saw Hydromorphone was the substance of the month and not getting many replies so I figured I'd do my best to contribute, bare with me, Im no author.
A year ago I use to have a steady connect of hydromorphone 4 mgs by mallinkrodt, M/4's. as I am not an IV user I would snort around 16 mgs to get a good buzz. I was always dissapointed with them.
Now about six months ago someone gave me a half of an 8 in exchange for some bud. It was much smaller than the 4's I use to get on the regular, and I at first expected it not to be dilaudid. Imprinted 54 103 and no # 8 on the other side..
Anyways I had not used hydromorphone in months, and any opiates for about a week prior to this, still I expected minimal effects.
I broke out the glass plate and used the bottom of a mason jar to crush the half pill under convex part of the jar, ensuring not to lose any. After crushing for a good five minutes I realized that this pill was still fairly chunky, much harder to crush than the ones I use to get. At this point the chunks were small enough to break up with two ID's, health insurance card and drivers license. I can't stress enough the difficulty of crushing this little bitch.
When it was finally a fine powder I was very dissapointed in the size of the pile in front of me, thought I must've lost some, scraped bottom of mason jar and both cards, very little residue dropped off onto the plate. I proceeded to make the small pile into two small coke sized lines. Ripped each up my left nostril, The pill did not burn, in fact I did not feel it go up my nose at all. I went back to watching TV with no expectations.
about 15 minutes later I began to feel that fammiliar opiate warmth, accompanied by a semi-bitter drip, Sweet I thought, Pill wasn't fake! As time progressed I noticed the feeling growing stronger and stronger, I can't say it was a true rush as I've never experienced IV, but it felt "rushy" to me. I was almost glowing with that opiate sensation I appreciated so much. I began to itch my nose, always the sign of a strong high. T.V seemed to jump out at me and I was enjoying the hell out of a rerun of Futurama I'd seen many times. This is too good to waste, I picked out a pay-per-view movie to enjoy the high to the fullest. This was much stronger than I recalled insufflated hdyroM, my body almost pulsated with opiatic goodness, could almost feel the blood pump through my body.
About half way into the movie, 2 hours after initial snort I noticed my high dissapearing just as quickly as it came on. 2 hours I thought, damn, thats not long enough! I proceeded to the phone in to procure more opiates in a weak attempt to extend my buzz, no dice, too late at night. Took a Kpin hoping it would "potentiate" the feeling, no dice. By 3 hours from initial snort I felt base line, or close enough to it I was no longer satisfied. let the Kpin do its thing and passed out
Truly a great opie high with no legs as I've heard it described here in the past.....This was several months ago so Im a bit fuzzy on the details, but I did my best.
