sinking,
seeking,
solace in sleeping.
whisky a go go,
go go numbness and slow-mo
before the freakin peaking.
turn the switch off
start dreaming,
light headed as i drift off,
believing.
like jumbos at lift off,
its seeming-
ly impossible,
lost control
but i cant fall asleep
there's still too much to know,
about tomorrow.
planning
scamming,
demands are demanding
attention,
and the tension,
like an unknown dimension,
is unrelentin
maybe i could be more bent and
drop off.
so i roll up to nod off,
but it's never enough.

arg...id kill for a decents night sleep. this was good to read. kinda made me feel a few home truths as to the fact i cant sleep alone, cant sleep without a light on, cant sleep without noise of some form.
