I have been taking recreational drugs for about 15 years and have never had this problem. Only took about a gram of speed, last line over 60 hours ago and I'm still wired. Concentrating starting to get a bit tough and I need to sleep. Any ideas?

me too...been up three days, just wanted to check it out, not my thing> I do have my clonazapam, i took 1, not like 4 or 5, however I think if you get into a mindset that you need too fall asleep, you stressing yourself out. I took one and now I would imagine I got a few hours left. You want to relax and fall asleep gently. I keep seeing people saying to use nyquil, I do not think that is a good idea. I guess it works for some, but I would imagine that would add to any hangover you might already be incurring. It is up to you, but some tea and not thinking about how bad you want to sleep seems the best. First and last time for me, but you'll fall asleep when you are ready and not concerned anymore yourself up. I had insomia for months an it was the when am I going to sleep that kept my brain working....Sweet dreams.....you'll be sleeping shortly

Tea will not help you it is a stimulant also, nyquil works for some but never worked for me, and probably won't work for you either. Same thing happened to me before, but lucky I was in a country where valium or xanax was easy to obtain. If you want some sleep you could also try local pharmacy for some sleeping pills, but a couple of xanax or valium worked for me. Hope you get some sleep nothing worse than lying in bed looking up or looking at the clock......it sucks!

Best

They have plenty of non caffeinated teas to relax you. Decaffeinated green tea removes toxins from your body, and what I am drinking now. Also ginger tea will be very good for your stomach later...it tatees like shit but it works miracles

^Chamomile has a chemical in it that is a GABA agonist, I've found it effective.

OP is probably sleeping now though :)

K Ive been taking Ritalin and dex since i was 6 and ive done all the rest by the pound and the one thing that will help you is EATING. If you can eat something substantial and i mean a meal if you can manage it. you say how long you've been up but when was the last time you ate and drink water. A meal or any kind of food will lessen the effects of amphetamines. Take some vitamins too if have them. you may fall asleep after eating and if you don't you will feel so much better that you may be able to ride it out in good shape until you do fall asleep. things that will help you sleep are some cold meds like neo citran, or gravol or dristan cold meds. seroquil would be the best thing but any kind of downer you can think of narcotics will help opiates i mean. codeine, percocet anything. but if you EAT you will feel better and you will most likely fall asleep. trust me i know.

the fastest and best way to come down meth?

Hi guys
I want to know what is the quickest way to eradicate the meth effects. When I take that, after 4 5 hours I dont feel well, esp if I wanna sleep, so is there any way or pills that can come me down?
BTW, I have heard sth about Erimin 5

In a hospital setting IV diazepam (Valium) or IV lorazepam (Ativan) is usually used, along with the antipsychotics mentioned in the posts above. If you wanna sleep 4 hours after taking methamphetamine...the best method is to not take methamphetamine.

Seroquel and other antipsychotics are the most effective ways to completely bring you down from meth. Benzos work too, but antipsychotics are the most effective.

When I take stimulants and start coming down, the first thing I go is gobble down 30 or so milligrams of Olanzapine (Zyprexa), smoke a bowl or two, and then lay down.

I'm having a major problem with this at the moment. My issue is that given the option of letting the amphet wear off or doing more and keeping the feeling goin and doing things I almost always take option 2. Lately I've only been getting 4 or sometimes just 3 nights sleep a week...

I even have benzos easily available so it's not as if I am afraid of feeling weird waiting for the amphet to wear off. I'm just addicted to the dopamine...
