forgotten the sombersome clutch of embrace
likenesses looking unlatching each case

wonder how to wonder
if that steel-clad shell will ever allow
my simple lover's wondrous know-how
to release unwelcoming bounds

assumption's presumption is our new consumption
diction's conviction leads me to eviction
select an alarm, spare me from your charm
