Maybe chicken or beef broth would be good because it fills you up without hardly any calories!

Are you taking any drugs? Are you under stress? Anything that could be throwing your system out of wack? It sounds psychological, like your wiring is kind of messed up.

I used to eat till I had a stomace ache then smoke more pot and do it again, used ti wake up with a stomache ache every morning.. do you smoke weed before your crazy eating sessions? Since I quit smoking weed I notice I almost never do this.

maybe you have worms... O_o

When I was a kid, I went through a period of about a month or two where I thought I had worms. There's a problem when you go through $100 worth of burritos and maintain your 145 lbs a week.

To OP: If you feel hungry all the time, try drinking more water. I definitely feel for you, as a skinny guy with a once fast metabolism that has since slowed down...for a while there I felt hungry all the time and couldn't eat what I wanted because I had put on so much weight. It might just take a little self control and a little experimentation to figure out why you feel that way.

Amebix, what's your diet look like?

Does it consist of grains, meat, cheese, carbonated beverages, juice, etc.? Because if so your insulin and blood sugar levels are probably out of control. I imagine if you started eating mostly salads, fresh fruit, oatmeal, and other high-fiber foods you'd stop feeling so hungry.

If you already eat a high-fiber, low carbohydrate diet then maybe you should look into Hoodia gordonii.

Being a big believer in low-carb, I would agree for the most part that the problem is with a blood sugar. But I disagree that meats do not effect your blood sugar level. And some fruits are pretty hih fructose.
There are a lot of great low carb products out there that are almost indistinguishable from the real thing. They can do amazing things with artificial sweeteners these days.

i get this at nite but only when i take my seroquel to go to sleep

I know , right? As soon as you start feeling the seraquel and you shouldn't be any where near a microwave, oven, or stove...That's when you get fucking hungry.

I'm pretty sure that this is the reason that people put on weight while on seraquel

supertrav77, meats don't raise your blood sugar but meats also don't have any dietary fiber. Dietary fiber is crucial because it reduces of the glycemic load of carbohydrates. Every time you eat a meal of meat instead of something with fiber, you're desensitizing your body to its natural insulin response.

Eating Too Much

Ok first of all what does your diet consist of, and how often do you eat? What is the level of physical activity you are engaged in per day? Are you taking any narcotics and if so what are you taking? Are you hypoglycemic or diabetic? Have you been checked for digestive parasites? Have you consulted a doctor or nutritionist? Do you feel deficient in some kind of nutrient? Do you have a weight problem? All of these questions need to be answered before you could get any solid advice. Hope that helps you. Peace!
