I'm wondering how long it takes for Beni tolerance to decrease and how to get them after you've gotten to a certain point I can only feel etizolam diazepam midazolam and alprazolam out of the many I have access to and I need either 30 intas or 10 etizest etizolam 1mg our 130-200mg vals 30-40mg clonaxepam and I still don't feel it just slight memory loss is my main benzo or 20-30mg xanax which I can feel and midazolam knight only be because it was f for a twilight anyone got info on how to fix this safely one time I had a seizure after two weeks no benzos

Taking them in combination with NMDA antagonists can enhance the effects. There are a wide range of sedatives that will add to the effects, i.e. pregabalin, opioids, GABAb agonists (i.e. baclofen), antihistamines, mirtazapine, anticholinergics, but you need to do your research and make sure there are no dangerous interactions other than additive sedation. How old are you? Do you have any intention of getting off the benzos? There seem to be countless ways to reduce opioid tolerance, but I searched long and hard for ways to counteract benzo tolerance, and couldn't really find anything. The only thing I could find to reverse tolerance was flumazenil but that is only for people who have been off the benzos for a long time, because taking that while your still dependent on benzos will induce a severe withdrawal and possibly death via seizures. I hear that levetiracetam helps counteract tolerance.

Whats your plans for the future, are you planning on staying medicated for life or do you plan on getting drug free at some point in the future?

Heres a thread I just found: http://www.mindandmuscle.net/forum/36827-ultimate-benzo-tolerance-prevention-reversal-thread

if you are seriously taking 20-30mgs of xanax, see a dr to get access to meds and a tapering schedule...thats nuts. i have a decent benzo tolerance but if i take more than 10mgs im beyond messed up. could have a little to do with the methadone, but im so used to that i just feel normal where at first i felt sleepy and sedated. since youve already had one seizure im guessing you dont want another one. i think it would be wise to go see a dr, they can give you librium or valium and help detox you gradually.

Not to be a pessimist, but detoxing from that would be a nightmare. Then again it also depends how long he has been on the meds. If he built that tolerance up in the space of about a year, it might not be so bad. My advice would be to arm yourself with a massive arsenal of knowledge of various classes of sedatives and different drugs which can remedy withdrawal symptoms (but remember never to take any one class of drug for too long because you don't want to add a new dependence), as well as supplements, drugs and activities to accelerate your recovery. I have done plenty of research on drug withdrawals and ways to recover from them in less painful ways, so I can help you out if you do decide to get drug free in the future, just send me a PM.

BTW I agree with medicine cabinet that a slow taper is the way to go. Rapid detoxes can cause problems like brain damage (due to glutamate excitotoxicity and other factors). Also, make sure to take loads of antioxidants, magnesium, low dose NMDA antagonists, multivitamins and other beneficial things during the taper, that will protect your brain and accelerate the recovery process.

EDIT: I also recommend bringing spirituality into your life, if you haven't already. Ayahuasca is a great tool for recovery. I watched some of my PAWs vanish after a single ceremony. It helps you deal with your deep seeded psychological problems, and helps wipe out psychological addictions.

Thanks for all the info exactly what I was looking for and I go two to three weeks a month no benzos then get 60 2mg kpins and find maybe 30 blue xsnax and some times I'll have etizolam to hold me but I'm on methadone to trying to come off that but my clinic is saying I'm failing uas for opiates yet I haven't touched any in a year those fucks lol
