Heroin Injecting without infection

So I'm wanting to inject heroin for the first time. I've already considered the risks please don't lecture me about it. :)

I live in southern California and from what I hear all there is out here is black tar. Seeing as it's been handled by people before getting to me there can be all kinds of bacteria in the heroin. I understand sterilizing of the needle, skin, and spoon but how can I sterilize the black tar for injection?

Also so I don't make another thread what do stamp #'s mean?

Welcome to BL!

Check out the Micron Filtration Mega-thread. Using micron filters, you can significantly reduce (if not eliminate) bacteria in your final product.

Also, check the Other Drugs Directory. You'll find threads related to IV'ing in general, as well as threads specifically about heroin. Also, use the search feature to find even more information.
