Injecting tar, help with finding harm reduction closer to me

Hey everyone i know it's probably stupid to ask but I relapsed about a month ago and still can't put it down, and unfortunately I escalated as far as you can but I did in a state where there's only one exchange and it's over 150 miles away..I've been down to just one point for three days and i am unable to get to my suboxone clinic cause my cars broke down..does anyone have any advice on how to get some cleans without asking a pharmacy? They just won't sell to me, maybe I need to say something specific I don't know I just need help..please

Thanks so much this really helped and because I had cleans I was able to put the needles down and ween myself off slowly I'm only smoking small amounts now and plan on being sober by the end of next week thnx so much
