Stimulants Injecting IV ritalin

I injected ritalin, after some success injecting dexamphetamine. I used those pill wheel filters too.

I spent almost a week in hospital and had surgery twice, from injecting ritialin. even with removal of pills. If I was someone considering it....

then just do one shot. You will see how bad it is for you. Nothing like dexamphetamine which is fine. (with wheel filter) or morphine or oxy. It could just be my brand but I had chunks ripped out of my arm from the damage of ritalin IV.
 
Do you mean you were using the .2micron wheel filters to filter out the ritalin before you iv'd it?

Was the damage (chunks ripped out of arm) a build up of bad shots or one shit shot?

I too have a morbid curiosity to the circumstances that led to your hospitalization!

Hopefully things are "better' now than they you be can have treatment... but the problems with IV'ing pills in OD is widely known and yet people continue. 8)
 
Shooting Ritalin is known to be particularly bad, while this can be said of all pills, it can be worse with Ritalins. Damaged blood vesicles, the retina in the eye, and endocarditis (heart infections) all that talc added to deter IV.

Back in the day Ritalin came in parenteral vials-like Methedrine, to hasten post-op anathesia and to be given before psychothreapy-to facilitate verbal discussion with the threapist.

Thats weird. I'v also been IVing rits recently, fuckin hell they are fun, compulsive and cause a really horrid crash..
I Havnt ended up in the hospital or noticed any physical side effects other than the damage to the vein and injection site. I'v missed a few shots and luckily none of them have turned into an abcess.
I'v been very clean about my shots.

Anyways, I'm not saying that shooting rits is safe or "good" in any way, it's awful and damaging. I'm just saying that if your smart about it, there are things you can and should do to lessen the damage shooting drugs cause. Like cleaning the site b4 and after the shot with Iso alcohol or ethanol, proper injection techniq, put pressure on site after the shot, otherwise it will bruise... things like that.
