injecting hydromorphone for the first time high tolerance to opiates

I am in everyday heroin user. my route of administration is injection I use approximately .6 to. 7 grams a day of medium to high quality black tar heroin. I have been using for about 2 years by the way Anyways I came across 3 8 milligram hydromorphone pills. I'm saving for a rainy day when I don't have a Heroin but I have a question or 3 or 4



I'm pretty sure I have the preparation process down. I crush the pill down I put it in a spooon. I do not heat it. I use a piece of cotton in draw up the liquid Behind is a bunch of gunk but inside of the syringe it is a clear liquid.

My question is this how much should I use. I am thinking about starting out with 2 milligrams to be on the safe side. But I'm not really sure how much hydromorphone is equal to 0.2 of h. I know shooting pills is never a good idea but I'm going to do it anyways so any help would be greatly appreciated

I'd stay start with 2 just to be safe, but 4 is really gonna be more like it. Depending of course on how high your tolerance is and what not. I'm from a different region and I do about a gram a day of tar or a quarter of white. I like to do 4 mg of hydromorphone for a normal shot. Sometimes 6 or 8. But I started with 2 and the first time remember thinking the rush was way better than the heroin I'd been getting. I'd been shooting up for about 2 years at that point.

Yeah, start with 2 even though that might be a bit low, just better to stay on the safe side. You said you already know shooting pills is a bad idea so I won't repeat that but you should seriously reconsider. Maybe you could plug it? You'll still get a rush and it has a high BA like that as well.
