Injecting black tar h and liver damage

Peace out to all my friends in the Seattle area. I had a friend that died last week. He had this problem with his liver for about three years and over the last three years his belly kept getting bigger and bigger till at the end it was huge.

All we have in the Seattle area is black tar, not that it is not good, but that's all there is to inject. Does it cause liver damage? I would like to know if I am damage my liver.

I am kinda depressed now that my friend is gone so if anyone in my time zone feels like chatting hit me up. I have never had a friend die before.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend billy.

In general, and more so when they're abused, opioids are not gentle on the liver and can cause problems. Someone that's more knowledgeable on black tar heroin can probably help you determine whether or not it's hepatotoxic to a further extent.

Heroin itself is not tremendously bad on the liver... certainly nowhere near the degree alcohol is. People get liver problems usually resulting in IV drug use itself. Hep C, various other liver diseases, etc. However, BTH is very dirty heroin.. cut with some nasty shit. It's certainly possible that something inside of it could be hard on the liver, but it's not the heroin itself.
