try inject half a g or even .7 IMO depens on the quality if half a G dont get you a half decent rush then im assuming your stuff is cut.
my roommate inject n i smoke (meth crack amphetamine wat eva) n we getin pritty pure rocky shit and last time he had a whack he put just under half a G in the spoon filterd it with some cotton pushed the plunger in and fuck i thought he was gonna die had to sit down for a few mins tryin not to puke but yeah he was lovin it....
i smoke and you can get pritty good rush if you smoke it right bit of a dif high tho
 
I would definately recommend trying the shit out before slamming a half to three quarters. John Q Fucking Christ people, you get even halfway decent shit and that is a horrible idea.
 
ummm he slammin amphetamine sulphate not methamphetamine.... he's obviously in Europe which rarlyyyyyy sees meth (From what ive heard)... Explains you not gettin a rush..
 
ye meth is pretty much unheard of in the UK

everytime i inject speed it makes me very sick and the next day i feel horrible

More isn't always the answer.

To feel the rush you've got to go in with an open mind. If you have this preconceived expectation of what you should feel then you will be too busy looking for that feeling to notice what your body is actually experiencing.

It's totally subjective when it comes down to feeling the rush. I agree with the post above about first timer's not feeling it...but after that the shit will usually spin you so hard you'll have to move your bed into the toilet so you can puke and lie down at the same time :)

Seriously tho...the max amount you would want to take is the dose that makes you want to vomit. If you're not rushing off this amount then there's something wrong with you. Take any more and you risk having you're heart blow out your chest.

The above advice is mainly in regards to meth but shooting amphetamine is similar, especially the pure d-amp. Infact, i'd prefer a shot of pure d-amp over meth any day. the rush is not so crazy and you don't end up so spaced out, drenched in sweat, masturbating in the cupboard over a bra catalog
 
IV 0.3g of amps and you didn't feel like god? It was likely some pretty diluted speed. When it comes to IV, it's better to stick with good quality (as far as you can tell, heh). IV'd 0.1g of high quality speed (and lowish tolerance) will give you that rush and you'll feel like god at the peak. ;)
The world of IV drug abuse is very different from the world of intranasal or oral drug abuse. It's much more extreme in every sense... the euphoria, the addiction, the crash, the problems, the self-destruction.

ive heard of street amphetamines in europe. yet i cant find street meth or street amphetamiens in New York, just the good old dexedrine spansules which i can shoot up greeat withc old water, and the rush off of a half of a 15mg spansule was too intense it was one of those feelings where u thought ur gonn have a stroke or heart attack, it was scary, i only orally take dexys and addy's , unless i can find meth!!
 
I injected dextro-amphetamine from age 15 to age 19, addicted to amps since I was 13... The first time I shot dexedrine, I had 2 15 mg brand name Dexedrine Spansules, shot those... I had a tolerance of 40 mg taken by mouth, that would get me tweakin', and i knew d-amp had a 75% BA taken by mouth, knowing that IV is always 100%, so I figured 30 mg IVed would give me a normal tweak... This was no normal tweak. It didn't give me an extremely good rush, but of course I looooved it. (Later, when I was shooting 100 mg of Dexedrine at a time, I was definitely getting the rush and it's fucking amazing) A few minutes after taking that shot, I was off to the races, smoking cig after cig, talking my ass off, and I just remember thinking, this is no melodrama, this is total truth, "This is the way I wanna feel forever" wayyyy better and more intense then popping them or snorting them. And you know what? I kept shooting dexedrine until everything was gone... Although my grades were, of course, straight A's... =D
tl;dr, shooting amphetamine is amazing, but take it from someone who was addicted to it for a long time, you do NOT want to do this.
harm reduction: shooting brand name Dexedrine Spansules is much better for you than those shitty Barr generics, IME.

I know this is outdated, but I'll still bump. I've tried IV amp twice. Once i actually extracted it from pure street amp as freebase and converted that to the phosphate salt by adding phosphoric acid to the freebase dissolved in acetone. At 600mg there was no rush whatsoever!! I did however end up so high that my vision was totally malfunctioning, everything looked really blurry and hectic/volatile/flashy. My memory of the experience was severely impaired, 5h seemed like 10mins. I just now injected another 300mg amp and the only rush I got was a feeling of utter stupidity, sort of a jaw-dropping/mouth-wide-open phenomenom lol. I am high alright, but no rush worth mentioning. I even stopped veinous blood flow until I finished injecting... It's really odd that I don't experience said rush that people rage about. I definitely hit my vein too, no swelling whatsoever, dark blood drawn prior to injection etc. No tolerance either, been off the amp for many weeks now and even had nmda antagonists in the meantime...

Anyway I'm off to wank the shit out of these genitals of mine!

Just to clarify this to any new member who might read this: 0,5g is not a good dose to start with IV even though some people in this thread seem to think so. As for some people not experiencing the rush, I don't know really, different types of speed tends to have a different rush, sometimes it's great and sometimes it just isn't. Here where I live I guess this is due to most street speed being a mix between meth/d-amp at various levels. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't.
