Hi

There is it safe to inject 3-fpm mixed with water intramusculary(in the buttocks). Are there any guidelines available on this subject? can't find too much info online

No, just no. Read the Megathread, the IV users there (cr00k f.e.) report very negative and corrosive effects on the veins so I would definitely not inject it IM, nor any RC.

This could lead to serious health complications. Snort or plug it for a rush.
