Injecting 2C-B.

I tried using the search engine, but to no avail.

Last week I injected 10 mg 2C-B, and a couple of days later, I injected 25 mg 2C-B, all carefully measured.

I didn't really experience what I expected. Instead of any serotinergic empathy or visuals, I had a slight enhancement of colors and vision, similar to what I get on shrooms. I had an awfully jittery feeling that was like a come-up on acid, but lasting for hours. The only connection with other people I felt was while talking on the phone; I was able to visualize the other person in the room with me and have a great conversation. But overall, I was quite underwhelmed.

I was informed that injecting 2C series drugs isn't really the way to go with them, which is why I maybe did not achieve optimal effects. Is snorting/eating/plugging really the way to go with these? Did I get subpar effects due to having done so many psychedelics in the past? Or, if I was underwhelmed these times, it is pointless to try any other 2Cs in the future, and I should just give up?

Mods, feel free to merge this if you feel it is necessary.

No real reason I can think of that "caused" the disappointing effects, but just don't bother bangin' 2Cs man. I just don't understand the drive to do it I guess. 2C-B is amazing orally, but the idea of injecting it just sounds like it'd ruin everything I like about it- 2C-B is euphoric and fun but feels "wholesome" in a way. IVing most psychedelics seems to take something away from them from what I've heard. Except for a few tryptamines I've read about.

Maybe slow pharmacokinetic buildup is needed for the right mechanism of effects? Or there would have to be a certain metabolic action that is very important, I wouldn't know which one though. But I guess these would-be explanations of mine don't explain why insufflating it so effective.

So yeah the 'why' is a bit of a mystery to me, but the message 'don't do it mang!', or 'don't bother', however alarming you wanna sound... that seems more or less unanymous from what sparse things I've heard about them up to now.

The jittery feeling sounds like something adrenergic, or at least something associated with a panic mechanism in the body. I would suggest that the dramatic rise in 2C-B blood levels would do that. The rise could be so sudden that it ticks off an alarm/defense mechanism, a sort of limbic reaction.

Maybe I'm talking out of my ass, feel free to correct me.

It's the one I'm gonna merge this one with later.
