Antidiuretic hormone is produced in your brain and it is not produced in sufficient quantities by some people--Which will make them have to pee more than usual. Alcohol (and other substances) inhibit the release of or the reaction of the kidneys to the hormone.
The only way to know if you are lacking sufficient antidiruretic hormone is to get a urinalysis ordered--I had to go to a renal specialist to have it done.
has this been going on for years or is this new? you could have an infection. That being said, there is no "desire" to urinate, there's a NEED to urinate and you should listen to it.
I would recommend against getting too much obviously as you do not want to be nodding or even slower while getting an essential examination. wish this allows.
