Stimulants Ingesting Neurotransmitter Precursors (Mainly Dopamine) Before/During/After Adderall

So knowing that the primary neuro-pharmacological mechanism of amphetamines is primarily on dopamine, and in addition, norepinephrine and acetylcholine, and to a lesser extent, serotonin, would it be effective to take supplemental precursors of those neurotransmitters?

I plan on taking a Vitamin B100 complex, a daily multivitamin, omega-3 fish oils and ginkgo biloba for general brain health seeing as how they support production of all neurotransmitters. For dopamine, I'm taking l-tyrosine, and since dopamine itself is a norepinephrine precursor, it knocks two birds with one stone. For acetylcholine, I built a nootropic regimen of piracetam, acetyl-l-carnitine, huperzine A, choline and DMAE. And for serotonin, I have melatonin, St. John's wort and 5-HTP.

Anyway, what I'm concerned about is mainly l-tyrosine and whether or not I should preload, take it with the Adderall or on the come-down. I've been hearing mixed reports about it worsening the negative side effects from the peripheral nervous system, as opposed to potentiating the positive effects and minimizing dopamine depletion. If it just potentiates the peripheral nervous system negative side effects, should I just take it on break-days from Adderall?
