Hello there. I've been off MDMA for about 4 years, started noticing some negative effects after about a year of continuous rolling so I withdrew from the whole scene. Recently I decided to try it again and it was great, almost like rolling the first times ever. The pills felt like quite pure MDMA since they're fine for chilling or making music at home, not that energetic by themselves.
Now over the last couple of weeks I've been trying to figure out what's a good dose and a good waiting period to make the roll have that
-feeling. I've only had 2-4 days in between rolls but still with relatively small amounts (200-300mg) it seems I can do it quite often and enjoy the effects. Think I've rolled 4x in the last 2 weeks.
I've been an (legal) opiate addict for a long time and I'm mainly doing MDMA now because it really helps a lot with the lack of empathy and general lack of caring you get from constant opiate use. In a cold, dark country with mostly winter and lots of alcohol you would not believe how awkward people are socially and how apart everyone really is.
Pointless rationalisations aside, I'm posting to hopefully get a couple of answers from you pros, like:
- Does the crash that comes a few days later 'stack'? If I keep putting it off, will it become worse?
- What are some first 'you should probably take a break now' - symptoms I should look out for if rolling often?
- If I were to hippie flip, how should I mix the doses to best avoid the evil serotonin syndrome? Go easy on the MDMA part?
- What's an absolute maximum dose in one session that you shouldn't exceed for someone with a medium tolerance?
I'm an old fart, always been somewhat careful with drugs and managed to get away with very little damage considering it's been 16 years already. Bipolar to the point where the episodes have become psychotic
, but it's either meds or MDMA, they're not compatible. I know this can't go on for long without repercussions, perhaps a few weeks at most but I have my reasons for wanting to do it!
I appreciate any tips about safety you can give! Thanks in advance. Peace o/ %)
