Hi folks--I'm 65, just retiring from a career as a School Psychologist after 36 years... Live in Madison Wis. USA.. love to travel, I since in the local symphony chorus, do P90X, want to learn at least some languages in my retirement (Mandarin, Spanish), volunteer at out local hospice, etc. etc. I'm here because of in creasing memory lose, adult ADD like symptoms, etc. I've used Klonopin for 20 years(!!) at a low level--.5 daily, a few times more along with 20 year use of anti depressants (including now fairly hi does of Lamictal).
So that's why I'm here..I'd like this phase in my life to be more focussed etc. This may have nothing to do with prescribed med use (causation vs. correlation); but I'm finally working with anew Psychiatrist after 20 years, and we both agree that's it's time to get off/taper on these things to at least see what happens.
Anyway, maybe I'm getting much ito my war story for the intro section, but there it is.
