Hey,
I've got a suggestion. I browse BL mostly through my subscriptions and sometimes I don't know if there are no new posts in the thread I'm subscribed to, or there is a new thread started.
I think it would be nice and people like me would appreciate if the last post contained mods info (and link) about starting new one.

Cheers

The megathreads are maintained by the moderators, and the final post in a megathread is supposed to have the link to the newer version of the thread. It's usually always done unless maybe they forget to.

I don't understand the difference between this and what you are referring to. For example, the first post in this thread has the links to all previous versions of the megathread, and the final post in that thread has the link to the next version.

So do you mean that all megathreads should be like that (which as I said before it's supposed to be done that way but sometimes mods forget) or do you mean something else?

Sry for answering after some time, I was doing drugs ^^
Yes, the example you gave is the exact thing I was referring to. Maybe I had bad luck, but there were a few threads where this wasn't used.
I think that's all, thanks

I always make sure that the last post has the link to the next version of the megathread, and the first post of that megathread has a link to the previous one. It's easy to forget sometimes if you are in a hurry to start the new thread since you have to close the old one and quickly start the new one, so it's not always so simple.

A lot of forums have directories either stickied at top or above the threads as a banner. They usually have threads of note or a list of megathreads, so you can check those to find the different versions of megathreads.
