Indica/Sativa questions

To be honest, I have been a consumer of marijuana for 40 years but never paid much attention to the blends of weed until about 5 years ago.

What is the difference between the two????

How can you purchase a bag and tell what your getting without toking, if this is possible????

well you could start off by asking your dealer, and if he dosnt know just ask if you can smoke a small snap and then youll know.

^ LOL hes asking you to differentiate between an indica and sativa strain...if his dealer tells him its indica where does that leave him if he doesnt know the difference...

Anyways op...indica is the strain that gives you the body high, while sativa gives you the mind high and just doesnt make you sit on the couch all day like an indica can.

Edit: also for your question of determining whether a strain is indica or sativa is by the looks of the bud. Typically an indica strain will be a stout nugget that should not be too leafy, while sativas are the lengthier, skinnier nugs that may be a bit more leafy than an indica.

Every weed gives me the same high. I ignore the whole debate. There's no medical where I live so its hard for me to know what the hell I've got anyway. Good weed is usually more stimulating but that is probably due to less CBN which makes you tired as fuck.

Sativa - head high, more energetic and euphoric, more of a mindfuck

Indica - body high, couch lock feeling, numbness in body

You can also have a hybrid, which is a mix of the two. its also not possible to know until you smoke it
