Indiana man accused of making methamphetamine inside a school

OAKLAND CITY, Ind. (AP) -- A southern Indiana man accused of making methamphetamine inside a school where he worked as a custodian faces a court hearing after surrendering to police.

The Princeton Daily Clarion reports that 42-year-old Michael C. Shafer surrendered Saturday afternoon at the Gibson County Sheriff's office in Princeton. He remains in custody on a $50,000 cash bond pending a Tuesday arraignment hearing.
