I wrote a paper, called a multigenre paper last year for a class i was in at my university. A Multigenre paper is a paper written about a topic through a variety of "genres" or "styles" of writing. The paper is close to 30 pages in length, so I didn't want to post it all up here, but if you're interested in reading it, go to my webpage: http://www.pubnix.org/~becky/multigenre/mgpaper2.htm
Enjoy it! =)

Read this, or at least part of it!
This is the direction that literature is heading, its not just straight narration anymore.

I enjoyed the paper, very much.
I'm sorry for Nancy and all of her crew.

Thanks for sharing that.

the paper was based on her story, but i wove in some of my own experiences with drugs. the events, were for the most part fictional, but grounded in reality (and i'm sure some of them actually happened that way or close to it).
the paper was closure for me in many ways, dealing with Nancy's suicide.
thanks for taking the time to read it. =)

I had to write a multi genre paper... mine was about some kid that nobody liked and he wound up commiting suicide because everyone was cruel and unkind... it was told through numerous dialogue, a suicide note, phone call, announcement, dream sequence...etc..etc.. those papers rule! but they take a lot of thinking though.
btw... excellent job!!

yeah, i did. =) I got an A in the class. It was actually for one of my classes that helped learn me to become an English teacher, if you can believe that! =)
I've tried to tell my students (when we do Multigenre papers) not to hold back... I don't in my own writing... Some of them take the risks, others don't...
