Howdy, will keep this short and sweet.
For the last few years i've lead a very physically inactive life. But i've decided i want to structure my day with a solid routine which would include 30mins of exercise per day minimum(working up to this at the start).
Anyways my concern is that my metabolism is going to speed up and this could affect my methadone. Is this just paranoia or would my body literally be metabolising and getting rid of the methadone faster.
And if this is the case would it be appropriate to adjust my dose to counter act this effect.
Thanks. Feel free to move or whatever if another forum was more appropriate.
