I was basically wondering if, apart from melatonin and 5-htp, if there is a way to increase your frequency of dreams. The thing I love about coming down from stuff like MDMA and 6-apb is the frequency of dreams I get for weeks after. Yesterday I had about 5-8 very intense realistic dreams IN ONE NIGHT. I kept waking up after an adventure and go into the next one when I fell asleep again. The places I visited were so beautifull I get all happy when I think back. I even managed to get aware and have my first lucid dream in the last one. Although it only lasted a minute it was quite cool.
I also seem to wake up more refreshed and clear when I have dreamed the night before. Now is there anyway to induce this kind of thing or to encourage it?
