I've noticed that as i've got older my nose has been more prone to bleeding the next day. Even if i haven't sniffed anything for a while my nose is still prone to bleeding. This wasn't an issue at all when i was younger so i thought perhaps the membrane gets more and more sensitive as you sniff more. Is this the case with anyone else?

I know i haven't got a sinus infection or anything. My nose seems to be getting more vulnerable with age. Years ago i could sniff, not bother washing my nose after and there'd be no problems at all. Nowadays i blow my nose in the morning and there's shit loads of blood. Wouldn't have happened when i was younger so i'm assuming that the membrane gets more and more sensitive, even after a long break. Just wondering if it's something i should watch out for and how bad it could get. I'm just recreational as well. Could just be my nose that is over sensitive. I wanna figure out why that is though.
