inconsistency of Quebec speed pills

Im from Quebec and cannot understand why the consistency or potency of "speed" pills can differ so dramatically from month to month. I know certain precursor chemicals are harder to "import" at times, but these clan labs produce nasty rc pills all too often. Get it right, or keep your bunk product out of the market!

it happens with all the illicit drugs mate, if you want a reliable product you have to get pharms.

certain locales are worse than others , with a bunch of RCs and cheap substitutes used to cut or replace the advertised content, but yea... all street stuff is subject to inconsistencies.

Ive got the prescripted pharms, vyvanse/wellbutrin...but (used) to enjoy the occasional rave..seriously, pills are no where NEAR what they once were here in Quebec. Too many cooks spoil the broth!
