Incognito boss arrested

He was arrested at jfk international airport, I think. He is facing life. He also tried to extort all his vender/dealers and customers
He is a little bitch and a scumbag who will almost certainly turn on everyone to save his own ass.

Everyone cooperates when they are facing the kind of time he is facing. I imagine they are slapping Rico’s on him but idk with him being overseas how that works. I dont know international law at all.

I’m sure there out there but I just never known anyone to not cooperate when they are threatening to take the remainder of their life and make them spend it behind bars.

I’m not excusing it but it’s just facts. That’s why you see loyal mafia members like Gene Borello cooperating. Had he been facing ten years I doubt he would have cooperate but nah they were hitting him with like 35 years and that changes everything.

Idrc who someone is when you are facing natural life or something you are gonna cooperate.

Also, I am by far not defending this dude.
Read the info at the top of the thread

Yeah I’m in no way defending this dude at all. I’m just saying that almost everyone cooperates when they are facing natural life or years that end up being natural life because they are 40 already or something.

It just irritates me when people talk like “oh so and so snitched “ like they would have done any different. Everyone talks like they would t do it until they are actually facing that time and their “friends “ are stealing all their shit while they are inside and never send a lawyer or put money on their books like they said they would. Almost everyone snitches in that situation Idrc who they are.

I can't say I disagree that most if they could get out of life would, except maybe those who are terminally ill.
Or who are not offered much or they aren't facing much time. The code of silence was in part destroyed by the RICO act.

cooperate? max he can do is plead guilty and save time and money for the prosecution and court, they have plenty of proof against this twat, maybe they will give him life with possibility of parole if he "behaves", it was a single run operation so there isn't much to cooperate about, also he is from taiwan and maybe, big maybe, this might play to his advantage (be sent back after a decade or two?) but the state just wants (well, it must) make a big statement like they did with the silk road owner back in 2012!! the US never tolerate this competition!

His case is a bit different to being forced to co-operate - seeing as his plan was to tell on everyone even before he got caught.

Must have flown to the states thinking he was free a to spend all that money.

What a scumbag piece of shit

Im certain he'll be telling any and every motherfuckin thing he can to the five-0

IIRC, I heard or read somehwere, that people charged with running various DNMs since Ross Ulbricht havent received anything like the extremely harsh and long sentences that he did.

It seems they wanted to make an example of Ulbricht, hoping to deter others from following in his footsteps, but clealry this hasnt worked.

Ulbricht hasnt been able to appeal his sentence at all, it still stands as originally sentenced, but others caught doing the same thing are getting far lesser sentences.

It's grossly unfair if this latest case will cut some kind of deal by snitching out the users of his site, and end up getting off lightly.

Ross or Dread Pirate Robert's tried to have 5 people murdered, because he thought they would snitch. He paid over $700,000 to government agents he thought we're hit men.
This little weasel is an extortionist who ran a DNM and gave lectures on how to fight cyber crime and track crypto currency to law enforcement. I think he he deserves life in a super max prison. Not for the Drug Market, but the other shit.

Was there a story he paid someone to "discipline" some fat programmer and have photos sent to him of the fat bloke looking terrified waiting for a beating? (It was staged by FBI guys)

You can't even trust illegal drug operations, the feds are everywhere

I hope that incognito boss ends up washing a big fat blokes underpants in prison. Every drug dealer there must want to coat the bastard off for the extortion.
