Inbound into customs

My ems package has been sitting at customs for 48hrs now is this normal
I've nvr had it say inbound to customs before I nvr used ems either

No need to worry. I've had stuff sit there for over a week. I've had things get 'lost' in customs and still arrive.

Customs can take a VERY long time and moreover, online shipping info is often nonsense. I cannot count the times I have had FedEx tell me I have freight in Alaska or Subic Bay (Philippines) and have the delivery contractor honking at the gate. Do not sweat such things.
