In your opinion, how safe does this sound

If someone were to take 150mg vyvanse, 450mg lyrica, 10mg of adderall IR and 7.5mg of hydrocodone
Im not asking about the dosage, im asking if the actual drugs are safe to mix, i cant find anything about it on google
 
i did a drug interaction check and there are no bad interactions , all its gonna do is the stims are going to decrease sedation , or the hydro will take the edge off being stimmed . the checker only had adderall XR not IR so if that makes a difference i advise for u to wait for another reply from someone who knows more . tbh that looks like fun lol , enjoy .
 
You would be taking a good amount of amphetamines along with a rather large dose of Lyrica, both of which lower the seizure threshold, so I suppose that is a risk. Even without the Lyrica, I would make sure you can tolerate that dose of amphetamines comfortably. I don't see any issue with the hydrocodone, as it is rather low dose. I might not say it would be the safest thing if it were just a large dose of Lyrica and the hydrocodone, as the amphetamines would not be there to stimulate the CNS, but even so I doubt it would be an issue, if you can tolerate such doses of Lyrica.
 
I can handle the amphetamines, i take 120mg-170mg 2 times a month, never had any problems...
I don't have a tolerance to lyrica... but i didnt think 450mg was that large of a dose.
And what are my chances of having a seizure... that sounds worrying.

If you don't have a tolerance to Lyrica, I wouldn't even bother with it. It might not be safe, and I doubt a dose that high would be pleasant in combination with the other drugs. Since you have an amphetamine tolerance, you can take the Vyvanse and Adderall along with the hydrocodone.
 
Honestly, I can't imagine that dose of hydrocodone even taking the edge off that much amphetamine. 7.5mg hydrocodone on its own isn't enough for a first time, opiate naive person to get much more than a vague feeling of being on something. It certainly wouldn't be euphoric in any sense of the word, and if it sedates you enough to bring your heart rate down by even 2-4 bpm I'd be very surprised.
 
I don't know much about the other drugs but if the hydrocodone is a first time dose that would be an alright dose to be safe, dontcha think?
 
No, it's very low. I guess if you want analgesia you'd maybe get some. 7.5mg hydrocodone is ~5mg oxycodone. To my knowledge even the most conservative posters here have never suggested less than 10mg oxycodone for a first time user, which is ~15mg hydrocodone. Personally, I recommend 20mg oxycodone as a first time dose to ensure euphoria without wasting drug. That's ~30mg hydrocodone. I wouldn't consider anything less than 20mg hydrocodone to be an effective recreational dose. Considering that in this case it's being combined with amphetamines, which will counteract the opiate to an extent... I think it's a waste of 7.5mg of hydrocodone.
 
All of those drugs decrease the seizure threshold, so I would add 5mg diazepam or 0.25mg clonazepam into the mix if you can get your hands on it.

Lyrica is usually a muscle relaxant, but at high doses it causes seizures.
 
So, I decided to take what i think is the safer path, i took 400mg of lyrica at about 7:30 in the morning and took the 150mg vyvanse at about 4:30 pm, i didnt take the hydro or the adderall, i dont really need to take extra amphetamines, 150mg is plenty... its 5:03 and i havent seized yet so hopefully im fine...
And i dont smoke, but im getting urges to smoke a cigarette and dip...
Anyone else get this? Its kind of annoying.
Plus i have 0.5mg of lorazepam, would this help with seizing or just take away from the amphetamines?

u can go for a cigarette , im not actually sure what 'dip' is , u can basically take all the stuff uve got , just in moderation . if ur a bit edgy or anything take the lorazpam , but id advise to wait until the comedown begins , and then take it .

edit: just found out what dip is , yuck but yeah go for it lol , ps . cigarettes are great on stimulants .
 
The 0.5 mg lorazepam would have been better taken a little before or along with the Vyvanse, but if you are tolerant to Vyvanse, and waited 9 hours to take the Vyvanse after the Lyrica, I don't see as much of an issue in just enjoying the amphetamine without adding the lorazepam. I would save the lorazepam for the comedown, although 0.5 mg lorazepam is not very much.
 
Yea, i gave in and smoke a cigarette, anyway i cant sleep on stimulants until like 10 hours after i comedown but for the crash can i take the hydrocodone 7.5mg and the lorazepam? Also i heard lyrica was also good for comedowns...
Ty again for the help sorry i'm asking so much lol i don't mix drugs much, i usually just take 1 kind of drug.
 
Yeah, I'd say the hydrocodone plus the lorazepam would be nice for the comedown. Both doses are small, so no worries mixing them. Probably should avoid alcohol though (if you might consider it at all).
 
Yes, 7.5 mg hydrocodone and 0.5 mg lorazepam should be good for a comedown, just don't add anymore Lyrica, and certainly don't drink. If you have been drinking or will be drinking, I would not take the hydrocodone and lorazepam together. Otherwise, it is fine. Consider taking the lorazepam about an hour before you take the hydrocodone for best results. It will relax you some first, and allow the hydrocodone to soothe your mind and body after such a high dose of amphetamine.

0.5mg lorazepam is low enough dose for it to be safe with the hydrocodone. But, as Alex000 said, don't mix three depressants together.
