im in the shadow,
i lurk deep inside,
when you try to touch me,
i seem to run and hide.
im quiet, still in your presence,
barely below, but im here,
you seem disappointed,
i shed one more tear.
as you move away i become clear,
im big again, and seem friendly like before.
but are you prepared,
for the complicity in store?
mass particles of dust,
carrying the messege,
my lust, an outer crust,
of the shell, outside the dark.
im still here, barely be seen,
i am here, im right in between,
time and space, its not a race,
but i always stay close, just in case.
the dark shadow is feared,
seen as a symbol of evil,
when the surface is destroyed, and the inside is peared,
you see the true love of life.
this shadow, belongs to a friend,
just a shy boy,
hope needed to be mend,
in order for him to suceed.
