its the world that has gotten to me
today
ive got something
that makes me feel like nothings left
here
its all a mess
stereo blasting happy melodys
with a frown i turn it down
then off
in silence

even my minds not my own
passions gone to hell
and the wind keeps blowing me down further into this little hole
ive been digging steadily
into the night
as i turn around
heart filled now
fear and remorse
intertwined mystery
stary sky
tear filled eyes

as i grasp at dirt and chalybeate
as the mirror is out of sight
overlapsing the nature malign
indolent
when i know i must scream
noise and life
keep me from the silence
