you only got one medication; the: Voltaren SR 75mg

in regards to the "po gd prn x30 tabs", you probably misread it and its most likely with a 'q' not a 'g' so it should read:

po qd prn x30 tabs

po= by mouth, qd= once daily, prn= as needed x30 tabs= dispense 30 tablets

so you have a script for 30 75mg Voltaren SR to take once a day by mouth as needed.
