Early Bird Discounted General Admission Tickets, Pit and VIP ticket sales begin this Friday, May 20* at 10 am local market time. Prices for General Admission tickets will be the following: all shows taking place Monday-Wednesday will be $35.00,** shows Thursday-Sunday will be $40.00.** General Admission discounted tickets will be available through Sunday, May 22. There is NO ASSIGNED SEATING. You can roam freely from the festival area to the lawn into the amphitheater and back again. You do NOT have to sit at any time (only if you want to!). Tickets will be available at the following ticket outlets beginning Friday:

The IDentity festival is a world within itself with plenty to look at, do, hear and see.

In the heartbeat of it all is the Skullcandy Amphitheater Stage. This sensory extravaganza features unparalleled production and is headlined by international house hero, Kaskade. An incomparable lineup of the hottest names in electronic music will take turns joining Kaskade for the evening including Disco Biscuits, Rusko, Chuckie, Booka Shade, Modeselektor, The Eye

The Dim Mak Festival Stage, a wide open outer festival area, complements the size, production and lineup of the Skullcandy Amphitheater Stage. The Dim Mak Festival Stage is headlined by none other than Dim Mak’s commander-in-chief, Steve Aoki. By his side is a superstar mix and match of DJ Shadow, The Crystal Method, Nero, Holy Ghost!, Datsik, and Le Castle Vania,

In addition to the Dim Mak Festival Stage, there will also be the Beatport Stage featuring an amazing mix of underground DJs White Shadow, Manufactured Superstars, LA Riots, Nervo, Chad Hugo, and Marshall Barnes.

The festival area itself is a huge, open and exciting space with plenty of room for relaxing, mingling, eating, drinking and of course dancing.

Really looking forward to DJ Shadow!! Havent seen him on a lineup in the Midwest well, EVER! Very nice lineup indeed!! Sad to see Pete Tong and Pretty Lights not on the lineup, but the rest of them make up for it!
 
if early bird discounts were extended, how long do they go on for before regular price is in affect?
 
me and my girl have our tickets in hand :D im really pumped to see a edm event (esp. of this calibre) at verizon. ive always wanted to go to a party there. btw, do you have a overall ticket sales number so far? just curious how packed its gonna be. should bring in alot of people from surrounding states as well.

it sucks that they dropped the price like that. I will give free passes to our after hours to anyone that paid $40 or more for their individual GA ticket. Just bring the stub to the door at The Murat the night of the show and we will sort you out.
 
The link for the $20 tickets above in slaters post wasnt working, so here is the one I got from lea. Its at: http://identityfestevents.wantickets.com/Events/ShowEvent.aspx?eventId=90639 Website says tickets are on sale until Tuesday at 9pm so get them while you can!! I really feel sorry about all the people who paid the initial high price of tickets, kind of leaves bad feelings about it all you know. But I guess they gotta do what they gotta do in order to get people in the door. I guess they werent getting the numbers they expected for presales and thats why they dropped the price so much. I totally did not expect that at all, maybe thought there would be package deal, like 4 tickets for $XX similar to how they do for concerts.

I think I will be going to this, $20 is a lot more manageable than $60 when you are unemployed and poor. Still thinking about what might go on after the party, wouldnt mind seeing dj dan again, but sleepybear campground is always fun times too. Might just go home afterwards and sleep too, will have to figure it out day of the show.

Has anyone seen any kind of lineup or timeslot list yet? Didnt know if that was floating around or not. Cant wait to see me some dj shadow ;) =D
 
I have a tentative schedule but they won't let me post it until it's final. Ticket sales actually look pretty good. Let's hope for a cooler day than we have been getting.
 
Any idea how many tickets have been sold? Just trying to figure out how many people are going to be at deer creek for this. Should be a good time!

With general admission tickets, will we be able to go down to the stage and mosh pit area? I know for regular shows they are normally pavilion tickets, and general admission lawn tickets they usually dont let you down there. It would be nice to get down close to the stage for some acts.

Any word on things being finalized and being able to post a timeline? Its getting close, I sure hope they get things finalized soon if not! As long as Dj Shadow shows up I could care less about any other changes! LOL
