In need of detailed guide for adderall plugging.

I know I post a lot but I just want to be as safe as possible . I have issues as I only have a rather painfully large 10ml syringe so I need to know how much powder to use for a 10ml dose and it will be generic 30ir tabs . Do I boil the mix and stir it or just stir it till it won't dissolve more .? And it's a large rig so even when I tighten there's still spill when I pull out so should I just leave it in as a plug for 10 or so minutes . I've never got a buzz so please be detailed on how much powder to use for the best rush possible and simple filtering process. I have huge tolerance no worries . Thanks dudes.

The easiest and laziest way, that always worked for me, is just smash it all into a fine powder, suspend it in ~5ml water, don't even bother filtering and shoot it all up there. That way any amphetamine that stays bound to the time release resin should still migrate out.
