My friend is out there now and is looking to score some, but he hasn't been to the country before so he doesn't know where. I hear Haifa is a good spot for that. Any recommendations for him?

Most countries of the world have heroin, maybe not as much as seen in North America or maybe even Europe (especially Russia). I'm sure its available in the middle east (probably especially in Israel). Iran has the highest heroin addiction rate in the world. There are countries which are dry of heroin. I've heard that in New Zealand it is almost non-existant. I've heard conflicting things about Japan having heroin or not, I assume that it is in Japan but in very low amounts. Their main drug problem is methamphetamine. I guess that in Australia and NZ, they don't have any cocaine or they do, but it is extremely expensive and rare. Crack addiction is almost unheard of in Australia and NZ, as far as I know. Meth is the main problem in those countries too.

Sorry, I'm babbling.

Nobody is sourcing, we are just discussing the availability of heroin in Israel.

I dont think tlakign about a specific country could be considered sourcing, i mean technically it is, but come on....

In regards to the question, I was watching this documentary on heroin abuse aroudn the world, and I was udner the impression that israel had a let of heroin around, not so much as russia or parts of Europe, but it was hardly rare. I also got the impression that good ol opium was easy to get hold of, as oppsoed to H.

most likely. almost all of the heroin comes from Afghanistan which isnt that far away from Israel. i bet it would be some bomb shit.
