there was def. a dress code which should've been on the flier. i got off work, printed prefliers for my shortee event, went to 45. I wasn't welcome because of my clothing. the owner kicked me out. i told him i would come back if i could pass out my fliers. he said i can't pass out fliers, because they don't pass out fliers in other clubs. LMFAO!!!!!!!! I alone passed out at least 200 fliers for this event at other clubs. i know side track was so deep in talbots ass with fliers every weekend. i was going to say that to him, but i just let it go and left.

its usually bad form passing out other clubs flyers in a club. sometimes if your lucky they will let you but its rare.
The problem was not so much the flyers. I think the owner was more so worried about the clothing you chose to wear to come out. We all understand you just got off work but you can't just show up at a "CLUB" dressed like you were.
There was no dress code for the night, but clean clothes and a little common sense would have helped!

i get off late, and half of the time i go out is in my work clothes. No issues have really came up. Also, I've been there in my work clothes before, and I've passed out fliers. figure i was good to go, oh well. i seen him at demf in 06 and danced my ass off for 2 hrs

logical course of action would be to pack madd cologne/musk to cover post printing shift pit-funk. fresh pack of yer BVD's color coordinated if you like to translate your mood with the color of your punk panties...then you STEP YA GAME UP with this number when u bust in the club...

And actually, Matthew, the last two times Jack tried to pass out fliers in Talbot, they about shit a [rainbow] brick. I think the days of flyering clubs with other clubs' shit is coming to a close. Parking lots, maybe--but not inside.
